With goals from Casey Pickett and Brittany Esposito, and 28 saves from Florence Schelling, Northeastern defeated Providence to win the WHEA regular season for the first time in program history.

Ohio State scored three unanswered goals in the first period and held on to defeat No. 1 Wisconsin 4-2 on Saturday afternoon. Hokey Langan scored two goals and added an assist for the Buckeyes.

Danielle Welch scored midway through the second period and Boston College went on to win 2-0 against Vermont. The Catamounts' Roxanne Douville made 61 saves against the Eagles' attack.

Maggie DiMasi scored the game-winning goal as Northeastern beat Maine 3-1 on Sunday. The seventh-ranked Huskies extended their win streak to four.
